Hamish is your first port of call for new projects and is always eager to chat about the latest inside track. Having founded HRA in 2011, he has almost 20 years of client-side commercial experience with 7 years spent on the board of large PLCs. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), a Professional Certified Member of the Market Research Society (MRS), and official CIM Ambassador to the food and drink sector. Part enthusiastic entrepreneur, part avid cyclist, & chiefly, office kefir and kombucha brewer.
Fav dish: Poached eggs on sourdough with olive oil, salmon, and salad.
Bucket list: Compete in the Ironman triathlon, Hawaii.

Since joining the team in 2014, Kim has established herself as a Senior Consultant at HRA. Managing projects as diverse as onshoring to marketing and branding, Kim’s capabilities stretch from market research to classic consultancy. Kim is equipped with a degree from Durham and an MRS accreditation. Concise and intelligent, Kim is an eloquent interpreter and analyser, brimming with strategic insight and category expertise.

Our commercial and marketing consultant Roseanna holds a degree in Politics from the University of Exeter and is a member of the CIM. Honest and strategic, dependable and business-oriented, Roseanna is the safe pair of hands our clients are often looking for. Roseanna’s specialties branch free from and vegan, retailers and foodservice; with a wide knowledge of the food and drink industry, she develops and implements strategic solutions and is the most supportive person you will ever meet.

Chloe joined HRA as a Research Consultant after graduating from The University of Exeter in 2017. Working alongside Kim on Market Research projects, she specialises in category and consumer analysis. Chloe is also our in-house recruiter and manages our growing consumer panel. An avid content creator,

Emily manages our accounts here at HRA with a perceptive initiative that keeps us going from project to project efficiently. With 15 years’ financial experience, she oversees both finances and the office. Quite frankly, we don’t know what we’d do without her. A trainee sourdough maker, she fills our office with her practical food and drink expertise every lunchtime.

Kate is our Legal & HR Director and acts as Company Secretary for the team. She is often found working through various legalities while the team are out on projects, helping the business to run smoothly.

After graduating from Gloucestershire University, Alex began working for HRA in 2018 and quickly proved herself as a talented Marketing Executive. Competently managing all of our social media and bursting with creative propositions for HRA’s future, Alex is building an ensemble of talented freelancers and web developers to establish the HRA Global image.

Poppy is our Marketing and Project Assistant, she balances work for the business with studying and gets involved in projects particularly during the holiday season and is developing a real specialism in fieldwork.

Nick is HRA Global’s Marketing and Commercial Executive.
After studying Food Science and Technology at university and working as the technical supervisor of a food manufacturer, Nick joined us at HRA Global equipped with bundles of expertise.
Dedicated and committed to delivering fantastic projects for us, Nick works on a number of projects alongside Roseanna, maintaining HRA’s high standards.
Bucket List: Sky diving
HRA was started in the middle of the financial crisis in a spare bedroom.
