The Challenge

Britvic are one of the most successful international soft drink companies in the UK. (You might have heard of Robinsons, J20 or R Whites?) They required assistance with finding a development partner and possible contract manufacturer for a new product.

The Strategy

We researched and contacted relevant companies to discuss Britvic’s requirements, eventually compiling a shortlist of 5 companies. Our business and FMCG commercial consulting team were delighted with the outcome.
