The Challenge
SMPG came to us as a new company, the UK’s only producers of medical CBD oil – destined for use in health and beauty. Recognising the clear growing popularity and demand for CBD oil in the market, SMPG required a compelling branded vehicle through which to drive B2B sales of CBD oil to pharmaceutical, skincare, haircare and cosmetic companies. Our FMCG marketing & branding team were happy to help.
The Strategy
We first developed a Value Proposition for SMPG in order to establish the most desirable and relevant positioning for the brand in the eyes of the target audience, emphasizing the quality of the CBD oil and the state-of-the-art processing technology used.
From this Value Proposition, we then developed a clean-cut, highly relevant brand for SMPG to execute across their B2B portfolio.
Once this had been done, we commenced development of a B2B website for SMPG, including the creation of a holding page whilst the website work is ongoing.
Not long had this happened that SMPG exhibited at a specialist B2B trade show. We designed a stand complete with pull up banners, flyers, business cards and memorabilia with a quick turnaround to a very positive reaction from potential trade customers and stakeholders.
