“Having both worked with the team at the University of Portsmouth and admired the way they lead in Food Fraud and Culture, I’m really looking forward to speaking at their ‘Futures for Food’ Symposium at the end of this month.
Its a cracking agenda – take a look. A smorgasbord of issues looking at the future of food systems, nutrition, psychology, distribution, packaging, contract and retail.
Things are changing fast in the trade and I’m hoping to shape up my sense of ‘how’ at this event.
It’s just a shame this can’t happen in person – I love Portsmouth and spent many a Friday night in Southsea in the 90s.”
